The COVID-19 pandemic has had extraordinary effects on our world and personal lives. Boston College is committed to meeting the emerging and ongoing needs of our students and our entire BC community. To address these, we are launching a new initiative: the Eagles for Eagles Fund. This fund will allow BC to quickly address unexpected challenges, which include:
Students facing expenses or personal hardship that make the completion of their online courses difficult
The growing need for financial aid next year for both current students and the newly admitted Class of 2024
Providing a home and ongoing support to over 300 BC students who continue to live on campus, many of whom cannot return home due to extenuating circumstances
Supporting the work of our incredible faculty to maintain academic excellence as class instruction is adapted to an online experience
